User friendly app and up to date. Very convenient!
wanted to go to the museum of natural history on Saturday and it didnt update the trains for the weekend. It told us to go on the express train when the train only stops locally on 81st street. we ended up on 125th and had to wait for a downtown C... overall it took 45 min to get there when in reality it shouldve taken us 15 if it told us the correct train.
Very complicated to understand, cannot input new destination or starting points to make plan. Need to learn very much from the trip planner of Munich MVV.
10/10 I would recommend! As a tourist, this made my transit simple
Simple to use and accurate. Nice features including routing and arrival boards.
Help- downloaded app and its stuck on the first screen
Totally useless. It doesnt offer the ability to plug in start and end addresses. If you dont already know the station you need, this app wont help you find it. In no way does this replace Hop Stop (a terrific app thats disappeared). To make matters worse, I upgraded to the ad-free version for $3.99 prior to discovering the flaws in the app. Wish I could get my money back!
Just pick start and destination to get a route! WOW!!!
Good UI design, map made to be super helpful. Inaccurate arrival board, almost always wrong for the J train.
Im from Washington state and as long as you use your map to find the station youre trying to get to then this app is a gift from the heavens! I saved so much money. I have been to NY 3 other trips and I spend anywhere from 50-80 to get to my hotel. I spent $7 to take the AirTran and the subway from Jfk to my hotel and for 31$ I got a pass for 7 days unlimited for the subway (I was here for 4 days--but as much as I rode the subway, i would have spent more). It even came in use when I used it with my friend that is FROM here. Quicker routes, time is money, no brainier to use the crap out of this app!

The route planner doesnt take into account the planned service changes on the weekends (told me to change at Fulton st when the train was running on the F line). The planned service changes are also in really small print and difficult to read. Ill keep looking for a better Embark replacement.
Best!! Works for me every time.
This app is helpful and easy to use.
Love it !!!
The app give the delays and problems with the train and an map included.
I want to use this in Manhattan, and Ive marked some fav.routes, but I cant access them all. Will rate again later, if I can find my saved routes!
This app could do better! Its not a real time app. Doesnt update the route planner to coincide with the service status of the trains. Figure somebody updates the status they should just update the route planner.
Really easy to read...the Route Planner is great. You enter where you are coming from and where you are going and it tells train option available and how long the trip will take. Not sure of the name of your station ...there is a list so you can pick originating station and terminating station. I go to NYC a lot but was always intimidated by the subway..not anymore
The huge prob I got with this app is the fact that when it shows the service status of different lines it gives it in a long hard to read paragraph that seems to made for MTA workers to read (and Im sure it would be hard for them to make heads or tails of that mess)
